New features debuting on Sun Princess include the Signature Collection, a new level of suite accommodation. And although it won't be clustering all those suites together in one place (as other lines have been doing on their newer vessels), passengers in these suites will have exclusive access to the Signature Restaurant, Signature Lounge and Signature Sun Deck, a private area of the adult-only retreat The Sanctuary. Sun Princess will have a total of 2,157 cabins, including 50 suites and 100 connecting rooms, and have more outdoor balcony space than any other ships in the fleet. Of particular note, standard balcony staterooms will now offer in-room sofas -- a huge improvement over past designs that only offered a desk and chair for seating.

    Your Itinerary

    Day 1

    Fly from the UK

Fly from the UK can be a great way to explore the world. Before your trip, be sure to check the airline's baggage allowance and any visa requirements for your destination. Arrive at the airport early to allow for security checks and boarding procedures. Consider bringing snacks and entertainment for the flight, and wear comfortable clothing. Once you arrive at your destination, be respectful of local customs and enjoy your travels!
    Day 1-3

    Miami - 2-Night Hotel Stay

Miami is a vibrant and diverse city located in the southeastern part of Florida. Known for its beautiful beaches, sunny weather, and colorful Art Deco architecture, Miami is a popular destination for tourists from around the world. Some of the must-see attractions in Miami include the famous South Beach, the Miami Art Museum, and the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Visitors can also enjoy the city's thriving nightlife, delicious cuisine, and numerous outdoor activities like water sports and bike tours. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, Miami has something for everyone to enjoy.
    Day 3

    Fort Lauderdale - Embark

Fort Lauderdale is a sunny paradise located in South Florida. With its miles of sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, and palm trees swaying in the breeze, it's no wonder that this city is a popular destination for travelers. If you're looking to soak up some sun, hit the beach, or enjoy some water sports, then Fort Lauderdale is the place for you. The city also boasts a vibrant nightlife scene, fantastic restaurants, and world-class shopping. Don't miss out on exploring this beautiful city and all it has to offer! Fort Lauderdale's extensive canal system has earned the city the nickname, the "Venice of America". The town and ocean are linked to the Everglades and South Florida by the Intracoastal Waterway. It's easy to reach Fort Lauderdale from anywhere in the US by road, sea, or air and the sunny weather means that almost any time is perfect for a long vacation or a short city break. Add glittering nightlife and entertainment, beautiful parks, outstanding shopping malls, and friendly locals, and you can easily see why Fort Lauderdale is well worth a visit. Visitors are often struck by how calm and uncrowded Fort Lauderdale Beach is in comparison to Miami. You'll find the same crystal clear waters and pristine white sand but without the crowds. If you'd prefer a more secluded beach, nearby Hillsboro and Dania beaches both offer a relaxed atmosphere and stunning views. Las Olas Boulevard is the most popular thoroughfare in Fort Lauderdale leads directly to the glorious beach, and is packed with attractions along the way. Visit the commercial stretch to explore unique boutiques and art galleries, endless window shopping and people-watching opportunities, and hit the bars and clubs at night. A vacation to Southern Florida is incomplete without an indulgence in these pleasures, which are all found in these open-air pedestrianized breezeways. The leisurely vibes never get old.
    Day 4-11

    At Sea

You’ll always find a place to bask in the sun onboard or find the outdoor whirlpools, swimming pools, and ample sun loungers, or simply relax with a book or a cocktail and enjoy the peace of the company of newfound friends. Activities and entertainment tend to ramp up on days at sea because everyone is onboard the ship. You might notice more trivia contests, tournaments in the casino, afternoon shows in the theater, musical entertainment, poolside activities, and even special classes not offered on other days of your cruise.
    Day 12

    Tenerife

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, situated off the coast of Morocco. This Spanish island offers a unique blend of natural beauty and vibrant culture that's hard to find anywhere else. Its dramatic coastline is home to many stunning beaches, including Playa del Duque and Las Teresitas. The island's interior is dominated by Mount Teide, which is a popular spot for hikers and nature lovers. In addition to its natural wonders, Tenerife boasts a rich history and cultural heritage, which is reflected in its architecture, cuisine, and traditions.

    Day 3-14

    Day 15

    Cartagena Spain

Cartagena Spain. A city of contrasts between the old and new,  poverty and wealth, and legend and reality. The 17th century walled Old Town, and fortress is stunning World Heritage Sites, offering an insight into the old legends of this city. The colorful restored Spanish buildings line the streets of Old Town, with areas of immense poverty and around the corner, areas of extreme wealth. This city will surprise and sadden you, intrigue and amaze you, and leave you wanting to return.
    Day 16

    Valencia

Valencia is a charming city located on the eastern coast of Spain. It is known for its beautiful beaches, historic architecture, and delicious cuisine. A must-see attraction is the City of Arts and Sciences, a stunning complex of futuristic buildings. For a taste of local culture, visit the Central Market, where you can find fresh produce and traditional Spanish delicacies. Don't forget to try the famous dish paella, which originated in Valencia. And of course, spend some time relaxing on the beach and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Valencia is a perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
    Day 17

    Barcelona

Barcelona has it all – sun, sea, and a city full of life. A must-see attraction is the famous Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece. Walk down Las Ramblas for street performers, shopping, and dining. Enjoy the Gothic Quarter, a collection of narrow cobblestone streets and medieval architecture. You can't leave without visiting Park Guell, a magical garden with panoramic views of the city. Don't forget to try the local cuisine, such as the traditional paella and refreshing sangria. With its vibrant culture and stunning scenery, Barcelona is a destination that should be on everyone's bucket list.
    Day 18

    Day 19

    Gibraltar

Gibraltar, Red pillar boxes, fish-and-chip shops, and creaky 1970s seaside hotels: Gibraltar – as British writer Laurie Lee once commented – is a piece of Portsmouth sliced off and towed 500 miles south. ‘The Rock’ overstates its Britishness, a bonus for pub-grub and afternoon-tea lovers, but a confusing double-take for modern Brits who thought the days of Lord Nelson memorabilia were long gone. Poised strategically at the jaws of Europe and Africa, Gibraltar, with its Palladian architecture and camera-hogging Barbary macaques, makes an interesting break from the white towns of bordering Cádiz province.
    Day 20

    Day 21

    Marseille

Marseille, a bustling port city in the South of France, is a must-visit destination for travelers seeking rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning Mediterranean views. Start your exploration of Marseille's Old Port, filled with local fish markets, trendy cafes, and street performers. Visit the historic neighborhood of Le Panier, with its colorful buildings and narrow streets. Don't miss the iconic Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde, perched on a hilltop overlooking the city. Finally, take a stroll along the Corniche, a scenic coastal road with breathtaking views of the sea and the city.

    Day 22

    Genoa

Genoa. The home of Pesto and Christopher Columbus, Genoa is often bypassed in favor of Instagram-magnet Cinque Terre or fashionista’s choice Milan. This is a shame because to neglect this handsome port is to miss out on one of Italy's most affordable, low-key, local-vibes cities. The capital of Liguria is not the most glamorous place in Italy. But its maritime heritage can never be questioned. Its harbor was alive with boats before the Roman Empire had risen, and it spent the  Middle Ages as an independent city-state.
    Day 23

    Florence

Florence, the capital of Tuscany, is a city renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and world-class museums. The city is home to some of the most iconic landmarks of the Renaissance period, such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery. Walking along the winding streets, visitors can admire the many palaces, churches, and museums that make Florence one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. For those who enjoy local cuisine, Florence is the perfect place to indulge in world-class Tuscan cuisine, including the famous Florentine steak and a variety of delicious pasta dishes.

    Day 24

    Rome

Rome. is often described as being the world’s largest open-air museum with The Vatican's Sistine Chapel, St Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum, and the Trevi Fountain famed for the promise that a tossed coin promises your return to the Eternal City. The Via Veneto is famed for its luxury shops with many sidewalk cafés to watch the rich and famous go by. There is no doubt you'll learn the meaning of la dolce vita (the sweet life) when you visit Rome.
    Day 24

    Fly to the UK

Fly to the UK. Flying back to the UK after your holiday can be a smooth process if you plan. Start by checking your flight details and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Make sure you have all the necessary documents, including your passport and boarding pass. If you have any duty-free items, keep them easily accessible. During your flight, stay hydrated get up, and stretch your legs periodically. Once you land, be prepared for possible long queues at passport control. With a little preparation, you can make your return trip stress-free.
