Fly to Kusane in Botswana and then onto Maun by light aircraft to the private airstrip at Sanctuary Camp. From the airstrip to the camp takes approximately 40 minutes.
Chief’s belongs to upmarket Sanctuary Retreats’ portfolio of lodges, camps and cruises. The main building has an air of relaxed luxury with strands of white stone separating the reception, lounge and dining areas under a high thatch ceiling. The elegant décor includes cream leather sofas and armchairs, cane lamps and wooden carvings. Below this is the campfire encircled by directors chairs and to the left a refreshing pool with sunbeds under calico umbrellas.
